CVE-2026-80227 1 Ash-project 1 Ash Sql 2026-08-31 N/A
Incorrect Comparison vulnerability in ash-project ash_sql allows a user to pad a string field with tab, newline, carriage-return, or form-feed characters and pass a trimmed uniqueness or equality check in the database that the same expression would fail in memory (or the reverse). string_trim/1 compiles to REGEXP_REPLACE patterns built from an Elixir string in which \s is the escape for a single space (codepoint 32), not a regex whitespace class. The generated SQL therefore removes only literal spaces and leaves tabs, newlines, carriage returns, and form feeds in place, whereas String.trim/1 in Elixir removes them all. Any Ash filter, validation, or identity that relies on string_trim/1 then behaves differently depending on whether Ash pushes the expression down to SQL or evaluates it in memory, so padded input can register a near-duplicate value or slip past a trimmed comparison. This issue affects ash_sql: from 0.1.0 before 0.7.1.
CVE-2026-78691 1 Ash-project 1 Ash Sql 2026-08-31 N/A
Improper Neutralization of Special Elements in Data Query Logic vulnerability in ash-project ash_sql allows a user who supplies a search term to contains/2, string_starts_with/2, or string_ends_with/2 to inject live SQL LIKE wildcards, turning a literal substring search into an attacker-controlled pattern match. The escape helpers in AshSql.Expr prefix % and _ with a backslash but never escape a backslash already present in the input. Because backslash is the default LIKE escape character, the escaping defeats itself: the input \% becomes the pattern fragment \\%, where \\ is a literal backslash and the attacker's % remains a live wildcard. The search value stays parameterized, so this is confined to the LIKE pattern grammar rather than full SQL. An attacker can widen matches to probe values, slip past a negated contains(...) guard, or crash the query with a trailing lone backslash. This issue affects ash_sql: from 0.1.1-rc.10 before 0.7.1.
CVE-2026-78228 1 Ash-project 1 Ash Oban 2026-08-31 N/A
Uncontrolled Recursion vulnerability in ash-project ash_oban allows a user who can drive a trigger's on_error action to fail on the final attempt to exhaust worker CPU and memory, denying service. The generated worker's atomic handle_error/4 runs the trigger's on_error action on a job's final attempt inside a rescue that, when the action itself raises, calls handle_error/4 again with the same job. The job's attempt still equals max_attempts, so it re-enters the same clause and re-runs the failing action, with no exit. Any deterministic on_error failure (a data-layer outage, a misconfigured action, or a record the action rejects) loops forever; because the recursive call is not in tail position, each iteration retains a formatted stacktrace and the process heap grows without bound while the failing statement is re-issued against the data layer until the runtime kills the worker. This issue affects ash_oban: from 0.8.0-rc.1 before 0.8.14.
CVE-2026-78079 2026-08-31 N/A
Joomla Extension - joomshaper.com - Open Redirect via Base64 Return Parameter in Helix Ultimate < 2.2.10 - Return redirect parameters accepted arbitrary Base64 strings without verifying whether the resolved target was an internal site URL via Uri::isInternal.
CVE-2026-78078 2026-08-31 N/A
Joomla Extension - joomshaper.com - Privileged File Upload Bypass via Content Spoofing in Helix Ultimate < 2.2.10 - Image uploads previously validated only file extension and basic size parameters. Non-image files disguised with raster extensions could be uploaded. Added strict MIME verification and GD binary raster decoding (imagecreatefromstring) to reject invalid/malformed images fail-closed.
CVE-2026-78077 2026-08-31 N/A
Joomla Extension - joomshaper.com - Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) in MegaMenu Layout Container & Embed Inputs in Helix Ultimate < 2.2.10 - Unsanitized column and item configuration values stored within the MegaMenu layout JSON were rendered without complete contextual escaping, allowing injection of malicious HTML/JS. Stricter sanitization and tag allowlists via `InputFilter` and `htmlspecialchars` were implemented.
CVE-2026-78076 2026-08-31 N/A
Joomla Extension - joomshaper.com - Broken Access Control & Missing Authorization in MegaMenu Settings in Helix Ultimate < 2.2.10 - The AJAX endpoint save-megamenu-settings failed to enforce item-level and menu-level edit permissions (core.edit on com_menus.item.{id} or core.admin). An authenticated user could submit modified layout parameters for arbitrary menu items without proper authorization.
CVE-2026-78075 2026-08-31 N/A
Joomla Extension - joomshaper.com - Broken Object-Level Authorization in Blog Image Deletion in Helix Ultimate < 2.2.10 - `Blog::remove_image()` checked whether the user was authorized to edit the article ID passed in the request, but did not verify whether the specified image path (src) belonged to that article. On Joomla 3 builds where physical file deletion was triggered, an author could supply their own article ID alongside an arbitrary file path under the `/images/` directory to delete arbitrary files.
CVE-2026-78074 2026-08-31 N/A
Joomla Extension - miniorgange.com - Unauthenticated arbitrary extension deinstallation via various miniOrange extensions - a missing authentication check allows unauthenticated actors to delete arbitrary installed extensions. Only the free versions of the miniOrange plugins are affected.
CVE-2026-78038 1 Ash-project 1 Ash Oban 2026-08-31 N/A
Improperly Controlled Modification of Dynamically-Determined Object Attributes vulnerability in ash-project ash_oban allows a user whose input reaches the :args option of AshOban.build_trigger/3 to retarget an update or destroy trigger at another record, including across tenants. build_trigger/3 builds the trusted job arguments with atom keys (:primary_key, :tenant, :action_arguments) and merges the caller's :args underneath so the trusted values win on collision. Because Oban job arguments round-trip through JSON, the caller's keys arrive as strings, so Map.merge sees no collision and both keys survive. When the job is persisted the JSON object is de-duplicated keeping the last (string) key, and the worker reads the caller's value. The documentation describes :args as unable to affect the action, so an application that forwards user input into it for uniqueness scoping is exposed to authorization bypass and tenant isolation breaks. This issue affects ash_oban: from 0.2.5 before 0.8.14.
CVE-2026-20887 1 Intel 2 Vision, Vision Software 2026-08-31 7.5 High
Improper access control for some Intel Vision software for all versions within Ring 3: User Applications may allow a denial of service. Unprivileged software adversary with an unauthenticated user combined with a low complexity attack may enable remote code execution. This result may potentially occur via network access when attack requirements are not present without special internal knowledge and requires no user interaction. The potential vulnerability may impact the confidentiality (high), integrity (low) and availability (low) of the vulnerable system, resulting in subsequent system confidentiality (none), integrity (none) and availability (none) impacts.
CVE-2026-77970 1 Ash-project 1 Ash Paper Trail 2026-08-31 N/A
Cleartext Storage of Sensitive Information vulnerability in ash-project ash_paper_trail allows an attacker with read access to the generated version resource to recover sensitive values nested inside embedded resources, unions, or lists. sensitive_attributes :redact and :ignore only act on the tracked resource's top-level attributes. maybe_redact_changes/3 and the stored-action-input path in AshPaperTrail.Resource.Changes.CreateNewVersion derive the sensitive set from the resource's own attributes and never descend into embedded, union, or list values, so a non-sensitive attribute or action argument that holds an embed with a sensitive? field (for example an accepted credentials embed carrying a token) is written to the version table in cleartext. This issue affects ash_paper_trail: from 0.3.0 before 0.7.0.
CVE-2026-77846 1 Ash-project 1 Ash Sqlite 2026-08-31 N/A
Improper Neutralization of Special Elements in Data Query Logic vulnerability in ash-project ash_sqlite allows an attacker who controls a get_path/2 segment to traverse into nested JSON the application never exposed, disclosing private or sensitive? embedded fields. AshSqlite.SqlImplementation builds the SQLite json_extract path with "$." <> Enum.join(right, "."), so a single segment containing ., [, ], or $ re-interprets the JSON path (for example "private.secret" descends two levels instead of naming one key). The path is bound as a parameter, so this is confined to the JSON-path grammar rather than SQL. Any endpoint that lets user input reach a get_path segment (a common pick-a-field pattern) can read nested values it never meant to expose. This issue affects ash_sqlite: from 0.1.2-rc.0 before 0.2.18.
CVE-2026-77831 1 Ash-project 1 Ash Paper Trail 2026-08-31 N/A
Inefficient Algorithmic Complexity vulnerability in ash-project ash_paper_trail allows a user who can submit a large array attribute to a paper-trailed create or update action to cause a denial of service through excessive CPU and memory use. With full-diff change tracking, AshPaperTrail.ChangeBuilders.FullDiff.ListChange pairs each prior array element against the new list by rebuilding the remaining-elements accumulator with acc ++ [tuple] on every step, copying the growing list each time, so the pairing scales cubically in the array length. Nothing bounds the length and the value comes straight from action input, so one request carrying a large accepted {:array, _} attribute forces tens of seconds of CPU and multi-gigabyte allocations. This issue affects ash_paper_trail: from 0.1.1 before 0.7.0.
CVE-2026-77454 1 Ash-project 1 Ash Sql 2026-08-31 N/A
Incorrect Authorization vulnerability in ash-project ash_sql allows a caller to bypass a scoping or authorization filter expressed as exists/2 over a relationship that declares both a limit (or from_many?) and a parent(...)-referencing filter or sort. AshSql.Join.related_query/3 skips the caller-supplied exists predicate for such relationships and delegates it to limit_from_many/5. When the relationship's own filter or sort references parent(...), limit_from_many/5 takes a branch that drops both the limit and the predicate, emitting a bare correlated EXISTS with no predicate. The check then matches any record that has any related row. Most severely, when the expression backs a policy (for example authorize_if expr(exists(memberships, user_id == ^actor(:id)))), the actor-scoping condition disappears and the policy passes for any actor with any related row. This issue affects ash_sql: from 0.4.1 before 0.7.1.
CVE-2026-76986 1 Apache 1 Wicket 2026-08-31 6.1 Medium
Improper neutralization of input during web page generation in Apache Wicket. org.apache.wicket.markup.html.form.AbstractSingleSelectChoice, the base class of DropDownChoice, writes the body of the default option — the entry shown when no choice is selected — into the markup as it is, while every other option body in the same select is escaped according to the escape-model-strings setting. The body comes from getNullValidDisplayValue() or getNullKeyDisplayValue(), both of which are protected, so what they return is not necessarily the plain text the default implementation reads from a resource bundle. An application is affected where it overrides one of those methods and returns a value holding data an attacker can influence, or where its own nullValid or null bundle entry holds such a value. The bundles shipped with Wicket contain plain text. RadioChoice overrides getDefaultChoice to emit no default option and is not affected. As a workaround, escape the value in the override. This issue affects Apache Wicket: from 8.0.0 through 8.18.0, from 9.0.0 through 9.23.0, from 10.0.0 through 10.10.0. Older, unsupported releases from 1.5.0 onwards are also affected. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 8.19.0, 9.24.0 or 10.11.0, which fix the issue.
CVE-2026-76985 1 Apache 1 Wicket 2026-08-31 N/A
Improper neutralization of input during web page generation in Apache Wicket. org.apache.wicket.extensions.markup.html.form.palette.component.AbstractOptions, which renders the two option lists of a Palette, escapes the id and the display value of each option according to the escape-model-strings setting, and wrote the attribute names and values returned by getAdditionalAttributes into the <option> tag as they came. An application is affected where it overrides Palette.getAdditionalAttributesForChoices, Palette.getAdditionalAttributesForSelection or AbstractOptions.getAdditionalAttributes and returns a value holding data an attacker can influence. These methods return null by default, so an application that does not override them is not affected. As a workaround, escape the values in the override. This issue affects Apache Wicket: from 8.0.0 through 8.18.0, from 9.0.0 through 9.23.0, from 10.0.0 through 10.10.0. Older, unsupported releases from 1.4.0 onwards are also affected. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 8.19.0, 9.24.0 or 10.11.0, which fix the issue.
CVE-2026-76984 1 Apache 1 Wicket 2026-08-31 N/A
Improper neutralization of input during web page generation in Apache Wicket. org.apache.wicket.markup.head.MetaDataHeaderItem generates <meta> and <link> header tags. It escaped the attribute names it wrote, but ran the attribute values through a replacement of " with \". A backslash before a double quote means nothing in HTML, so a value containing a double quote ends its own attribute and what follows is parsed as further attributes of the generated tag. An application is affected where it supplies an attribute value holding data an attacker can influence, through addTagAttribute or the forMetaTag and forLinkTag factory methods. A value may be given as an IModel, so it is not necessarily a literal. There is no setting to change; an application can only avoid supplying a value that contains a double quote. Note that these values have never been escaped effectively: before the change released in 6.24.0, 7.4.0 and 8.0.0 they were written with no escaping at all. This issue affects Apache Wicket: from 8.0.0 through 8.18.0, from 9.0.0 through 9.23.0, from 10.0.0 through 10.10.0. Older, unsupported releases from 6.17.0 onwards are also affected. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 8.19.0, 9.24.0 or 10.11.0, which fix the issue.
CVE-2026-76983 2026-08-31 N/A
Improper neutralization of input during web page generation in Apache Wicket. The <wicket:label> tag is provided by org.apache.wicket.markup.html.form.AutoLabelTextResolver, which is registered by default in every WebApplication. The resolver writes the label it finds into the markup as it is, and reads no escaping setting at all, so markup in a label is rendered as markup. When the label comes from the labelled component's label model, set through FormComponent#setLabel(IModel), it is written to the markup unescaped. An application is affected where the label of a form component holds data an attacker can influence. Wicket cannot determine where a model value comes from, so whether it reaches the page from a request or from storage is a property of the application. There is no workaround. Unlike every other rendering path in Wicket, the resolver never consulted the escape-model-strings setting, so an application had no way to ask for the label to be escaped. The body of a <wicket:label> tag is markup by design and is not affected; it remains the supported way to place markup in a label.
CVE-2026-76982 2026-08-31 N/A
Improper neutralization of input during web page generation in Apache Wicket. org.apache.wicket.markup.html.form.Button clears the escape-model-strings flag in its constructor, so that the value attribute it writes is not encoded twice — ComponentTag already encodes attribute values when it writes the tag. That reasoning holds only for the attribute. When the component is attached to a <button> element rather than an <input>, it writes its model object into the element body instead, and nothing encodes an element body, so markup in the model is rendered as markup. An application is affected where it renders a Button on a <button> element and that button's model holds data an attacker can influence. Wicket cannot determine where a model value comes from, so whether it reaches the page from a request or from storage is a property of the application. The subclasses that inherit this constructor — AjaxButton, AjaxFallbackButton and WizardButton — are affected on the same terms. As a workaround, calling setEscapeModelStrings(true) on a button that renders as a <button> element escapes the body correctly, and does not cause double encoding, because the value attribute is written only for <input> elements. This issue affects Apache Wicket: from 8.0.0 through 8.18.0, from 9.0.0 through 9.23.0, from 10.0.0 through 10.10.0. Older, unsupported releases from 6.25.0 and 7.5.0 onwards are also affected. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 8.19.0, 9.24.0 or 10.11.0, which fix the issue.
