Deserialization of Untrusted Data vulnerability in LoftOcean PatioTime patiotime allows Object Injection. This issue affects PatioTime: from n/a through < 2.1.
A vulnerability in Crater Invoice allows an unauthenticated attacker with knowledge of the APP_KEY to achieve remote command execution on the server by manipulating the laravel_session cookie, exploiting arbitrary deserialization through the encrypted session data. The exploitation vector of this vulnerability relies on an attacker obtaining Laravel's secret APP_KEY, which would allow them to decrypt and manipulate session cookies (laravel_session) containing serialized data. By altering this data and re-encrypting it with the APP_KEY, the attacker could trigger arbitrary deserialization on the server, potentially leading to remote command execution (RCE). The vulnerability is primarily exploited by accessing an exposed cookie and manipulating it using the secret key to gain malicious access to the server.
A vulnerability classified as critical has been found in thu-pacman chitu 0.1.0. This affects the function torch.load of the file chitu/chitu/backend.py. The manipulation of the argument ckpt_path/quant_ckpt_dir leads to deserialization. An attack has to be approached locally.
Deserialization of Untrusted Data vulnerability in BoldThemes Codiqa codiqa allows Object Injection. This issue affects Codiqa: from n/a through < 1.2.8.
Deserialization of Untrusted Data vulnerability in BoldGrid Client Invoicing by Sprout Invoices sprout-invoices allows Object Injection. This issue affects Client Invoicing by Sprout Invoices: from n/a through <= 20.8.7.
A deserialization of untrusted data vulnerability exists in NI DAQExpress that may result in remote code execution. Successful exploitation requires an attacker to get a user to open a specially crafted project file. This vulnerability affects DAQExpress 5.1 and prior versions. Please note that DAQExpress is an EOL product and will not receive any updates.
A deserialization of untrusted data vulnerability exists in NI G Web Development Software that may result in arbitrary code execution. Successful exploitation requires an attacker to get a user to open a specially crafted project file. This vulnerability affects G Web Development Software 2022 Q3 and prior versions.
Taiga is an open source project management platform. In versions 6.8.3 and earlier, a remote code execution vulnerability exists in the Taiga API due to unsafe deserialization of untrusted data. This issue is fixed in version 6.9.0.
Prebid.js is a free and open source library for publishers to quickly implement header bidding. NPM users of prebid 10.9.2 may have been briefly compromised by a malware campaign. The malicious code attempts to redirect crypto transactions on the site to the attackers' wallet. Version 10.10.0 fixes the issue. As a workaround, it is also possible to downgrade to 10.9.1.
DuckDB is an analytical in-process SQL database management system. On 08 September 2025, the DuckDB distribution for Node.js on npm was compromised with malware (along with several other packages). An attacker published new versions of four of DuckDB's packages that included malicious code to interfere with cryptocoin transactions* According to the npm statistics, nobody has downloaded these packages before they were deprecated. The packages and versions `@duckdb/node-api@1.3.3`, `@duckdb/node-bindings@1.3.3`, `duckdb@1.3.3`, and `@duckdb/duckdb-wasm@1.29.2` were affected. DuckDB immediately deprecated the specific versions, engaged npm support to delete the affected verions, and re-released the node packages with higher version numbers (1.3.4/1.30.0). Users may upgrade to versions 1.3.4, 1.30.0, or a higher version to protect themselves. As a workaround, they may also downgrade to 1.3.2 or 1.29.1.
Deserialization of Untrusted Data vulnerability in designthemes Single Property single-property allows Object Injection. This issue affects Single Property: from n/a through <= 2.8.
Deserialization of Untrusted Data vulnerability in BoldThemes Goldenblatt goldenblatt allows Object Injection. This issue affects Goldenblatt: from n/a through < 1.3.0.
Deserialization of untrusted data can occur in versions of the Keras framework running versions 3.11.0 up to but not including 3.11.3, enabling a maliciously uploaded Keras file containing a TorchModuleWrapper class to run arbitrary code on an end user’s system when loaded despite safe mode being enabled. The vulnerability can be triggered through both local and remote files.
A vulnerability was detected in pmTicket Project-Management-Software up to 2ef379da2075f4761a2c9029cf91d073474e7486. The affected element is the function loadLanguage of the file classes/class.database.php of the component Cookie Handler. Performing manipulation of the argument user_id results in deserialization. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit is now public and may be used. Continious delivery with rolling releases is used by this product. Therefore, no version details of affected nor updated releases are available. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
A PHP object injection vulnerability exists in SugarCRM versions prior to 6.5.24, 6.7.13, 7.5.2.5, 7.6.2.2, and 7.7.1.0 due to improper validation of PHP serialized input in the SugarRestSerialize.php script. The vulnerable code fails to sanitize the rest_data parameter before passing it to the unserialize() function. This allows an unauthenticated attacker to submit crafted serialized data containing malicious object declarations, resulting in arbitrary code execution within the application context. Although SugarCRM released a prior fix in advisory sugarcrm-sa-2016-001, the patch was incomplete and failed to address some vectors. Exploitation evidence was observed by the Shadowserver Foundation on 2024-09-13 UTC.
PowSyBl (Power System Blocks) is a framework to build power system oriented software. In versions 6.3.0 to 6.7.1, there is a deserialization issue in the read method of the SparseMatrix class that can lead to a wide range of privilege escalations depending on the circumstances. This method takes in an InputStream and returns a SparseMatrix object. This issue has been patched in com.powsybl:powsybl-math: 6.7.2. A workaround for this issue involves not using SparseMatrix deserialization (SparseMatrix.read(...) methods).
Cap Collectif is an online decision making platform that integrates several tools. Before commit 812f2a7d271b76deab1175bdaf2be0b8102dd198, the `DebateAlternateArgumentsResolver` deserializes a `Cursor`, allowing any classes and which can be controlled by unauthenticated user. Exploitation of this vulnerability can lead to Remote Code Execution. The vulnerability is fixed in commit 812f2a7d271b76deab1175bdaf2be0b8102dd198.
error-ex allows error subclassing and stack customization. On 8 September 2025, an npm publishing account for error-ex was taken over after a phishing attack. Version 1.3.3 was published, functionally identical to the previous patch version, but with a malware payload added attempting to redirect cryptocurrency transactions to the attacker's own addresses from within browser environments. Local environments, server environments, command line applications, etc. are not affected. If the package was used in a browser context (e.g. a direct <script> inclusion, or via a bundling tool such as Babel, Rollup, Vite, Next.js, etc.) there is a chance the malware still exists and such bundles will need to be rebuilt. The malware seemingly only targets cryptocurrency transactions and wallets such as MetaMask. npm removed the offending package from the registry over the course of the day on 8 September, preventing further downloads from npm proper. On 13 September, the package owner published new patch versions to help cache-bust those using private registries who might still have the compromised version cached. Users should update to the latest patch version, completely remove their node_modules directory, clean their package manager's global cache, and rebuild any browser bundles from scratch. Those operating private registries or registry mirrors should purge the offending versions from any caches. This issue is resolved in 1.3.4.
The VEDA - MultiPurpose WordPress Theme theme for WordPress is vulnerable to PHP Object Injection in all versions up to, and including, 4.2 via deserialization of untrusted input in the 'veda_backup_and_restore_action' function. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to inject a PHP Object. No known POP chain is present in the vulnerable software, which means this vulnerability has no impact unless another plugin or theme containing a POP chain is installed on the site. If a POP chain is present via an additional plugin or theme installed on the target system, it may allow the attacker to perform actions like delete arbitrary files, retrieve sensitive data, or execute code depending on the POP chain present.
| A security vulnerability has been identified in the IBL Software Engineering Visual Weather and derived products (NAMIS, Aero Weather, Satellite Weather). The vulnerability is present in the Product Delivery Service (PDS) component in specific server configurations where the PDS pipeline utilizes the IPDS pipeline with Message Editor Output Filters enabled.
A remote unauthenticated
attacker can exploit this vulnerability to send unauthenticated requests to execute the IPDS pipeline with specially crafted Form Properties, enabling remote execution of arbitrary Python code. This vulnerability could lead to a full system compromise of the affected server, particularly if Visual Weather services are run under a privileged user account—contrary to the documented installation best practices.
Upgrade to the patched versions 7.3.10 (or higher), 8.6.0 (or higher). |
