CVSS v3.1 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
efi/unaccepted: touch soft lockup during memory accept
Commit 50e782a86c98 ("efi/unaccepted: Fix soft lockups caused by
parallel memory acceptance") has released the spinlock so other CPUs can
do memory acceptance in parallel and not triggers softlockup on other
CPUs.
However the softlock up was intermittent shown up if the memory of the
TD guest is large, and the timeout of softlockup is set to 1 second:

When the local irq is enabled at the end of accept_memory(), the
softlockup detects that the watchdog on single CPU has not been fed for
a while. That is to say, even other CPUs will not be blocked by
spinlock, the current CPU might be stunk with local irq disabled for a
while, which hurts not only nmi watchdog but also softlockup.
Chao Gao pointed out that the memory accept could be time costly and
there was similar report before. Thus to avoid any softlocup detection
during this stage, give the softlockup a flag to skip the timeout check
at the end of accept_memory(), by invoking touch_softlockup_watchdog(). |
| Indico is an event management system that uses Flask-Multipass, a multi-backend authentication system for Flask. Prior to version 3.3.8, a legacy API to retrieve user details could be misused to retrieve profile details of other users without having admin permissions due to a broken access check. Users should to update to Indico 3.3.8 as soon as possible. As a workaround, it is possible to restrict access to the affected API (e.g. in the webserver config). |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net: fix information leakage in /proc/net/ptype
In one net namespace, after creating a packet socket without binding
it to a device, users in other net namespaces can observe the new
`packet_type` added by this packet socket by reading `/proc/net/ptype`
file. This is minor information leakage as packet socket is
namespace aware.
Add a net pointer in `packet_type` to keep the net namespace of
of corresponding packet socket. In `ptype_seq_show`, this net pointer
must be checked when it is not NULL. |
| A vulnerability, which was classified as problematic, was found in KoaJS Koa up to 3.0.0. Affected is the function back in the library lib/response.js of the component HTTP Header Handler. The manipulation of the argument Referrer leads to open redirect. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. |
| Mattermost versions 10.10.x <= 10.10.1, 10.5.x <= 10.5.9, 10.9.x <= 10.9.4 fail to validate the redirect_to parameter, allowing an attacker to craft a malicious link that, once a user authenticates with their SAML provider, could post the user’s cookies to an attacker-controlled URL. |
| Mattermost versions 10.5.x <= 10.5.9 fail to properly validate redirect URLs which allows attackers to redirect users to malicious sites via crafted OAuth login URLs |
| A vulnerability was determined in JasPer up to 4.2.5. Affected by this issue is the function jpc_floorlog2 of the file src/libjasper/jpc/jpc_enc.c of the component JPEG2000 Encoder. The manipulation leads to reachable assertion. The attack needs to be approached locally. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The patch is identified as 79185d32d7a444abae441935b20ae4676b3513d4. It is recommended to apply a patch to fix this issue. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
Revert "drm/amd: flush any delayed gfxoff on suspend entry"
commit ab4750332dbe ("drm/amdgpu/sdma5.2: add begin/end_use ring
callbacks") caused GFXOFF control to be used more heavily and the
codepath that was removed from commit 0dee72639533 ("drm/amd: flush any
delayed gfxoff on suspend entry") now can be exercised at suspend again.
Users report that by using GNOME to suspend the lockscreen trigger will
cause SDMA traffic and the system can deadlock.
This reverts commit 0dee726395333fea833eaaf838bc80962df886c8. |
| Tencent Libpag v4.3 is vulnerable to Buffer Overflow. A user can send a crafted image to trigger a overflow leading to remote code execution. |
| Indico is an event management system that uses Flask-Multipass, a multi-backend authentication system for Flask. Starting in version 2.2 and prior to version 3.3.7, an endpoint used to display details of users listed in certain fields (such as ACLs) could be misused to dump basic user details (such as name, affiliation and email) in bulk. Version 3.3.7 fixes the issue. Owners of instances that allow everyone to create a user account, who wish to truly restrict access to these user details, should consider restricting user search to managers. As a workaround, it is possible to restrict access to the affected endpoints (e.g. in the webserver config), but doing so would break certain form fields which could no longer show the details of the users listed in those fields, so upgrading instead is highly recommended. |
| CVAT is an open source interactive video and image annotation tool for computer vision. Versions 2.2.0 through 2.39.0 have no validation during the import process of a project or task backup to check that the filename specified in the query parameter refers to a TUS-uploaded file belonging to the same user. As a result, if an attacker with a CVAT account and a `user` role knows the filenames of other users' uploads, they could potentially access and steal data by creating projects or tasks using those files. This issue does not affect annotation or dataset TUS uploads, since in this case object-specific temporary directories are used. Users should upgrade to CVAT 2.40.0 or a later version to receive a patch. No known workarounds are available. |
| MongoDB Server may be susceptible to stack overflow due to JSON parsing mechanism, where specifically crafted JSON inputs may induce unwarranted levels of recursion, resulting in excessive stack space consumption. Such inputs can lead to a stack overflow that causes the server to crash which could occur pre-authorisation. This issue affects MongoDB Server v7.0 versions prior to 7.0.17 and MongoDB Server v8.0 versions prior to 8.0.5.
The same issue affects MongoDB Server v6.0 versions prior to 6.0.21, but an attacker can only induce denial of service after authenticating. |
| A vulnerability was determined in jqlang jq up to 1.6. Impacted is the function run_jq_tests of the file jq_test.c of the component JSON Parser. Executing manipulation can lead to reachable assertion. The attack requires local access. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. Other versions might be affected as well. |
| SimpleXML (latest version 2.7.1) is vulnerable to an XXE vulnerability resulting SSRF, information disclosure, DoS and so on. |
| An issue was discovered in weixin-java-tools v3.3.0. There is an XXE vulnerability in the getXmlDoc method of the BaseWxPayResult.java file. NOTE: this issue exists because of an incomplete fix for CVE-2018-20318. |
| A vulnerability, which was classified as problematic, was found in Axiomatic Bento4 up to 1.6.0-641. Affected is the function AP4_DataBuffer::SetDataSize of the file Mp4Decrypt.cpp of the component mp4decrypt. The manipulation leads to allocation of resources. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The complexity of an attack is rather high. The exploitability is told to be difficult. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. |
| A vulnerability has been found in Xuxueli xxl-job up to 3.1.1. Affected by this vulnerability is the function getJobsByGroup of the file /src/main/java/com/xxl/job/admin/controller/JobLogController.java. Such manipulation of the argument jobGroup leads to improper control of resource identifiers. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. |
| A vulnerability was found in Xuxueli xxl-job up to 3.1.1. Affected by this issue is the function remove of the file /src/main/java/com/xxl/job/admin/controller/JobInfoController.java of the component Jobs Handler. Performing manipulation of the argument ID results in improper control of resource identifiers. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. The exploit has been made public and could be used. |
| A vulnerability in the Hot Standby Router Protocol (HSRP) subsystem of Cisco IOS and IOS XE Software could allow an unauthenticated, adjacent attacker to receive potentially sensitive information from an affected device. The vulnerability is due to insufficient memory initialization. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by receiving HSRPv2 traffic from an adjacent HSRP member. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to receive potentially sensitive information from the adjacent device. |
| Fides is an open-source privacy engineering platform. Prior to version 2.69.1, admin UI user password changes in Fides do not invalidate active user sessions, creating a vulnerability chaining opportunity where attackers who have obtained session tokens through other attack vectors (such as XSS) can maintain access even after password reset. This issue is not directly exploitable on its own and requires a prerequisite vulnerability to obtain valid session tokens in the first place. Version 2.69.1 fixes the issue. No known workarounds are available. |
