CVE-2026-46555 1 Verygoodplugins 2 Whatsapp-mcp, Whatsapp Mcp Server 2026-08-18 7.7 High
WhatsApp MCP Server is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for WhatsApp, enabling Claude to read and send WhatsApp messages. Prior to version 0.2.1, the `whatsapp-bridge` HTTP API listens on `127.0.0.1:8080` without authentication and without Host header validation, and the `/api/send` endpoint accepts an absolute `media_path` parameter without confining it to a safe directory. Combined, these issues allow any local process running as the same user as the bridge to send WhatsApp messages from the paired account without authorization; the same caller to read arbitrary files readable by the user (e.g. SSH private keys, browser session data, source code, dotfiles) and exfiltrate them as WhatsApp document attachments; and/or a remote attacker to trigger the same operations via DNS rebinding from a webpage the user visits, since no Host header validation is performed. In MCP environments, "local caller" extends beyond processes the user explicitly launched — sibling MCP servers, IDE extensions, and tool-triggered flows running in the user's session can act as the effective caller. This issue is fixed in whatsapp-mcp v0.2.1 and corresponding Docker images / release artifacts. Users should upgrade immediately. The fix introduces bearer token authentication on the bridge HTTP API (configured via environment variable, required on all requests, validated with constant-time comparison); host header allow-list validation to prevent DNS rebinding; and confinement of `media_path` to a configured directory, with rejection of absolute paths outside the root and path traversal sequences. This is a breaking change for clients of the bridge API. For users who cannot immediately upgrade: Stop the bridge, or block loopback access to port 8080, when the bridge is not actively in use; avoid running the bridge alongside untrusted MCP servers, browser extensions, or other untrusted local processes; avoid browsing untrusted sites while the bridge is running (DNS rebinding mitigation); and/or run the bridge under a dedicated user account or in a sandbox/container with no access to sensitive files.
CVE-2026-43972 1 Ninenines 1 Gun 2026-08-18 7.2 High
Origin Validation Error vulnerability in ninenines gun (gun_http2 module) allows cross-origin cookie injection via unvalidated HTTP/2 PUSH_PROMISE authority. In gun_http2:push_promise_frame/7, the :authority pseudo-header from an incoming PUSH_PROMISE frame is stored verbatim into the promised stream record without checking that it matches the connection's origin. When gun_http2:headers_frame/9 later processes the response headers for the promised stream, it calls gun_cookies:set_cookie_header/7 with the unvalidated server-supplied authority before any status branching and before user code can act. This violates RFC 7540 §10.6 / RFC 9113 §8.4, which require receivers to treat as a protocol error any push for a resource the server is not authoritative for. A malicious or compromised HTTP/2 server can plant cookies scoped to arbitrary third-party domains into the client's shared cookie store. This enables session fixation attacks against those domains and, if the planted cookie overrides a legitimate session token, may result in account takeover. No user interaction beyond making a normal HTTP/2 request to the attacker-controlled server is required. This issue affects gun: from 2.0.0 before 2.4.0.

IBM i 7.6, 7.5, 7.4, and 7.3 could allow a remote unauthenticated attacker to harvest credentials due to spoofing of Navigator for i.
CVE-2026-66420 2 Meshcentral, Tugcantopaloglu 2 Meshcentral, Openclaw-dashboard 2026-08-14 8.8 High
MeshCentral 1.1.21 contains a cross-site WebSocket hijacking protection bypass vulnerability that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to hijack authenticated administrator sessions by exploiting an unconditional early return in the CheckWebServerOriginName() function within webserver.js when self-signed certificates are in use. Attackers can open cross-origin WebSocket connections to any of the twelve WebSocket endpoints, send crafted action commands to exfiltrate the server sessionKey used to sign session cookies, forge session tokens as arbitrary users, and gain full remote control of all managed devices governed by the MeshCentral instance.
CVE-2026-72816 1 Go-chi 1 Chi 2026-08-14 6.5 Medium
go-chi/chi through 5.2.1 contains an IP spoofing vulnerability in the RealIP middleware (middleware/realip.go). The realIP() function reads client-controlled headers (True-Client-IP, X-Real-IP, and X-Forwarded-For) and overwrites r.RemoteAddr without verifying that the request originated from a trusted proxy. Attackers can supply arbitrary IP addresses in these headers to bypass IP-based access controls, evade rate limiting and geo-IP restrictions, and pollute audit logs. Fixed in 5.3.0.
CVE-2026-56179 1 Microsoft 8 Windows 11 24h2, Windows 11 24h2, Windows 11 25h2 and 5 more 2026-08-14 8.3 High
Origin validation error in Windows Network Address Translation (NAT) allows an unauthorized attacker to perform spoofing over an adjacent network.
CVE-2026-46701 2 Jovancoding, Network-ai 2 Network-ai, Network-ai 2026-08-13 7.6 High
Network-AI is a TypeScript/Node.js multi-agent orchestrator. Prior to version 5.4.5, the MCP SSE server defaults to an empty secret (`process.env['NETWORK_AI_MCP_SECRET'] ?? ''` at `bin/mcp-server.ts:89`), which causes `_isAuthorized` (`lib/mcp-transport-sse.ts:254`) to return `true` unconditionally for every request — no `Authorization` header is required. Simultaneously, `_handleRequest` sets `Access-Control-Allow-Origin: *` (`lib/mcp-transport-sse.ts:272`) on every response, so a cross-origin browser fetch can read the result without restriction. An unauthenticated attacker who can lure a user to a malicious web page can invoke all 22 exposed MCP tools — including `config_set`, `agent_spawn`, and `blackboard_write` — against a default-configured localhost server. Version 5.4.5 patches the issue.
CVE-2026-18676 1 Konghq 1 Kong Mesh 2026-08-13 N/A
The default kuma-cp configuration in Kong Mesh reveals the admin bootstrap token and signing keys to any webpage the operator visits while the control plane is reachable from their browser. Due to a CORS misconfiguration a cross-origin fetch() from a malicious page returns the admin JWT and signing material.
CVE-2026-15141 1 Tp-link 1 Td-w8961n 2026-08-13 N/A
The web interface of the affected device relies on the HTTP referrer header as part of request validation.  Requests containing empty Referer value, or omitting the Referer header entirely, may be accepted and processed due to insufficient validation logic. Successful exploitation may allow an adjacent attacker with access to the web management interface to obtain device configuration details and other sensitive information.
CVE-2026-73419 1 Nextauth.js 2 Core, Next-auth 2026-08-13 6.8 Medium
NextAuth.js provides authentication for Next.js. Prior to@auth/core 0.41.3 and next-auth 4.24.15 and 5.0.0-beta.32, Auth.js stores the OAuth/OIDC anti-CSRF checks state, nonce, and the PKCE verifier in global cookies that are not bound to the provider that created them. On callback, a check value minted during a sign-in started with one provider can satisfy the callback for a different provider because the stored cookie is not verified against the callback provider's identity, including the provider ID, issuer, client ID, or redirect URI. In a multi-provider application that permits account linking while logged in, when one provider's authorization request is observable and a target provider callback can be satisfied without a PKCE verifier, an attacker can lure a victim into starting a legitimate same-origin flow and link the attacker's target-provider account to the victim's Auth.js user. The linked provider grants the attacker persistent sign-in to the victim's account, while cross-site request forgery alone is insufficient. This issue is fixed in @auth/core 0.41.3 and next-auth 4.24.15 and 5.0.0-beta.32.
CVE-2023-20275 1 Cisco 2 Adaptive Security Appliance Software, Secure Firewall Threat Defense 2026-08-11 4.1 Medium
A vulnerability in the AnyConnect SSL VPN feature of Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) Software and Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) Software could allow an authenticated, remote attacker to send packets with another VPN user's source IP address. This vulnerability is due to improper validation of the packet's inner source IP address after decryption. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted packets through the tunnel. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to send a packet impersonating another VPN user's IP address. It is not possible for the attacker to receive return packets.
CVE-2026-19418 1 Typo3 1 Typo3 2026-08-11 N/A
The referrer enforcement introduced with TYPO3-CORE-SA-2020-006 (CVE-2020-11069) became ineffective in TYPO3 v13.0, where TYPO3 CMS started serving the backend and Install Tool applications from the site's main entry script instead of the dedicated typo3/ directory. Whether a request originated from the backend or Install Tool itself was determined by comparing the referrer against the directory of the entry script, which since then is the site root. As a consequence, requests originating from any script running on one of the TYPO3 instance's own domains, such as a frontend page, were accepted by backend routes and Install Tool endpoints. Attackers able to execute JavaScript on one of those domains, for instance by exploiting a cross-site scripting vulnerability, could invoke these endpoints via Fetch/XHR with the privileges of an authenticated victim's user session. This issue affects TYPO3 CMS versions 13.0.0-13.4.33 and 14.0.0-14.3.5.
CVE-2026-46409 1 Openyak 1 Openyak 2026-08-11 9.6 Critical
OpenYak is a local-first agent runtime for reliable tool-using models, with a desktop workspace built on top. Prior to version 1.1.3, the OpenYak desktop backend binds an HTTP API to `127.0.0.1:<random port>` (commonly 19141) without server-side Origin validation, loopback authentication, or Content-Type enforcement, and with a wildcard CORS policy. Any webpage a user visits while OpenYak is running can issue cross-origin requests to this local server — the browser acts as a proxy into loopback, bypassing OS-level network isolation. Chained, this lets a malicious page execute arbitrary shell commands on the host (RCE) via the build agent with `permission_presets.bash=true`, shut down the service, and exfiltrate chat history and account PII — with no user interaction beyond opening the page. Version 1.1.3 patches the issue.
CVE-2026-15587 1 Google Cloud 1 Google Secops (chronicle Soar) 2026-08-07 N/A
Improper Privilege Management in Google SecOps (Chronicle SOAR) versions prior to 6.3.85 on Google Cloud Platform allows an authenticated attacker to escalate privileges to system-level administrative access using a crafted internal authentication header. This vulnerability was patched with version 6.3.85, and no customer action is needed.
CVE-2026-16442 1 Redhat 8 Build Keycloak, Build Of Keycloak, Data Grid 8 and 5 more 2026-08-07 7.4 High
A flaw was found in the SAML broker component of Keycloak, which is used to manage identity federation and user authentication. The issue occurs because the IdP-initiated Single Sign-On endpoint fails to check if a provider is restricted to account linking only. This allows an attacker with control over a linked upstream identity to bypass login restrictions and gain full access to a local user account.
CVE-2026-66732 1 Eukaryot 1 Sonic3air 2026-08-07 5.9 Medium
Sonic 3 A.I.R. before commit 2492d18 contains a missing source address validation vulnerability in ConnectionManager where established connections are resolved by a two-byte local connection handle alone without verifying that the datagram source address matches the registered remote address for the connection. An on-path attacker who can observe cleartext UDP traffic can inject arbitrary packets into any established session by forging the two-byte connection identifier, enabling session termination via TerminateConnectionPacket, arbitrary channel message forgery, and forged request responses without requiring IP address spoofing.
CVE-2026-56181 1 Microsoft 8 Windows 11 24h2, Windows 11 24h2, Windows 11 25h2 and 5 more 2026-08-07 8.3 High
Origin validation error in Windows Network Address Translation (NAT) allows an unauthorized attacker to perform spoofing over an adjacent network.
