CVSS v3.1 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
Bluetooth: SCO: fix race conditions in sco_sock_connect()
sco_sock_connect() checks sk_state and sk_type without holding
the socket lock. Two concurrent connect() syscalls on the same
socket can both pass the check and enter sco_connect(), leading
to use-after-free.
The buggy scenario involves three participants and was confirmed
with additional logging instrumentation:
Thread A (connect): HCI disconnect: Thread B (connect):
sco_sock_connect(sk) sco_sock_connect(sk)
sk_state==BT_OPEN sk_state==BT_OPEN
(pass, no lock) (pass, no lock)
sco_connect(sk): sco_connect(sk):
hci_dev_lock hci_dev_lock
hci_connect_sco <- blocked
-> hcon1
sco_conn_add->conn1
lock_sock(sk)
sco_chan_add:
conn1->sk = sk
sk->conn = conn1
sk_state=BT_CONNECT
release_sock
hci_dev_unlock
hci_dev_lock
sco_conn_del:
lock_sock(sk)
sco_chan_del:
sk->conn=NULL
conn1->sk=NULL
sk_state=
BT_CLOSED
SOCK_ZAPPED
release_sock
hci_dev_unlock
(unblocked)
hci_connect_sco
-> hcon2
sco_conn_add
-> conn2
lock_sock(sk)
sco_chan_add:
sk->conn=conn2
sk_state=
BT_CONNECT
// zombie sk!
release_sock
hci_dev_unlock
Thread B revives a BT_CLOSED + SOCK_ZAPPED socket back to
BT_CONNECT. Subsequent cleanup triggers double sock_put() and
use-after-free. Meanwhile conn1 is leaked as it was orphaned
when sco_conn_del() cleared the association.
Fix this by:
- Moving lock_sock() before the sk_state/sk_type checks in
sco_sock_connect() to serialize concurrent connect attempts
- Fixing the sk_type != SOCK_SEQPACKET check to actually
return the error instead of just assigning it
- Adding a state re-check in sco_connect() after lock_sock()
to catch state changes during the window between the locks
- Adding sco_pi(sk)->conn check in sco_chan_add() to prevent
double-attach of a socket to multiple connections
- Adding hci_conn_drop() on sco_chan_add failure to prevent
HCI connection leaks |
| DrayTek Vigor 2960 firmware versions prior to 1.5.1.4 contain an OS command injection vulnerability in the CGI login handler that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands by injecting shell metacharacters into the formpassword parameter. Attackers can exploit unsanitized input passed to the otp_check.sh script to achieve remote code execution with web server privileges. Exploitation requires knowledge of a valid username and that the target account has MOTP authentication enabled. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
Bluetooth: MGMT: validate LTK enc_size on load
Load Long Term Keys stores the user-provided enc_size and later uses
it to size fixed-size stack operations when replying to LE LTK
requests. An enc_size larger than the 16-byte key buffer can therefore
overflow the reply stack buffer.
Reject oversized enc_size values while validating the management LTK
record so invalid keys never reach the stored key state. |
| FreeScout is a free help desk and shared inbox built with PHP's Laravel framework. Prior to version 1.8.214, the Change Customer modal correctly hides out-of-scope customers through the mailbox-filtered search endpoint, but the backend conversation_change_customer action accepts any supplied customer_email. A low-privileged agent can forge a request and bind a visible conversation to a hidden customer in another mailbox. This issue has been patched in version 1.8.214. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
Bluetooth: hci_event: fix potential UAF in hci_le_remote_conn_param_req_evt
hci_conn lookup and field access must be covered by hdev lock in
hci_le_remote_conn_param_req_evt, otherwise it's possible it is freed
concurrently.
Extend the hci_dev_lock critical section to cover all conn usage. |
| OpenClaw through 2026.2.22 contains a symlink traversal vulnerability in agents.create and agents.update handlers that use fs.appendFile on IDENTITY.md without symlink containment checks. Attackers with workspace access can plant symlinks to append attacker-controlled content to arbitrary files, enabling remote code execution via crontab injection or unauthorized access via SSH key manipulation. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
HID: multitouch: Check to ensure report responses match the request
It is possible for a malicious (or clumsy) device to respond to a
specific report's feature request using a completely different report
ID. This can cause confusion in the HID core resulting in nasty
side-effects such as OOB writes.
Add a check to ensure that the report ID in the response, matches the
one that was requested. If it doesn't, omit reporting the raw event and
return early. |
| A vulnerability has been found in Totolink X5000R 9.1.0u.6369_B20230113. This vulnerability affects the function sub_458E40 of the file /boafrm/formDdns. The manipulation of the argument submit-url leads to buffer overflow. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ALSA: usb-audio: Add sanity check for OOB writes at silencing
At silencing the playback URB packets in the implicit fb mode before
the actual playback, we blindly assume that the received packets fit
with the buffer size. But when the setup in the capture stream
differs from the playback stream (e.g. due to the USB core limitation
of max packet size), such an inconsistency may lead to OOB writes to
the buffer, resulting in a crash.
For addressing it, add a sanity check of the transfer buffer size at
prepare_silent_urb(), and stop the data copy if the received data
overflows. Also, report back the transfer error properly from there,
too.
Note that this doesn't fix the root cause of the playback error
itself, but this merely covers the kernel Oops. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
media: chips-media: wave5: Fix Null reference while testing fluster
When multi instances are created/destroyed, many interrupts happens
and structures for decoder are removed.
"struct vpu_instance" this structure is shared for all flow in the decoder,
so if the structure is not protected by lock, Null dereference
could happens sometimes.
IRQ Handler was spilt to two phases and Lock was added as well. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
vhost: move vdpa group bound check to vhost_vdpa
Remove duplication by consolidating these here. This reduces the
posibility of a parent driver missing them.
While we're at it, fix a bug in vdpa_sim where a valid ASID can be
assigned to a group equal to ngroups, causing an out of bound write. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/amdkfd: Fix out-of-bounds write in kfd_event_page_set()
The kfd_event_page_set() function writes KFD_SIGNAL_EVENT_LIMIT * 8
bytes via memset without checking the buffer size parameter. This allows
unprivileged userspace to trigger an out-of bounds kernel memory write
by passing a small buffer, leading to potential privilege
escalation. |
| The Gravity Bookings Premium plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to SQL Injection in all versions up to, and including, 2.5.9 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. |
| HCL BigFix RunBookAI is affected by a Unvalidated Command Input / Potential Command Smuggling vulnerability. A flaw in a component's input handling was identified that could permit unauthorized command execution. |
| The MongoDB C Driver's Cyrus SASL integration performs unsafe string copying during username canonicalization, enabling a heap buffer overflow before any authentication or network traffic. This may be triggered by passing untrusted input in the username of a MongoDB URI with authMechanism=GSSAPI. |
| A vulnerability in the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) subsystem of Cisco 350 Series Managed Switches (SG350) and Cisco 350X Series Stackable Managed Switches (SG350X) firmware could allow an authenticated, remote attacker to cause a denial of service (DoS) condition on an affected device.
This vulnerability is due to improper error handling when parsing response data for a specific SNMP request. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a specific SNMP request to an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause the device to reload unexpectedly, resulting in a DoS condition.
This vulnerability affects SNMP versions 1, 2c, and 3. To exploit this vulnerability through SNMPv2c or earlier, the attacker must know a valid read-write or read-only SNMP community string for the affected system. To exploit this vulnerability through SNMPv3, the attacker must have valid SNMP user credentials for the affected system. |
| gopls by default communicates via pipe. However, -port and -listen flags are supported as means of debugging.
If -listen is given a value without an explicit host (e.g. :8080), or -port is used, gopls will listen on 0.0.0.0.
As a result, users might inadvertently cause gopls to bind 0.0.0.0.
This can allow a malicious party on the same network to execute code arbitrarily via gopls. |
| In versions 3.0.0a1 through 3.2.0 of Mistune, there is a ReDoS (Regular Expression Denial of Service) vulnerability in `LINK_TITLE_RE` that allows an attacker who can supply Markdown for parsing to cause denial of service. The regular expression used for parsing link titles contains overlapping alternatives that can trigger catastrophic backtracking. In both the double-quoted and single-quoted branches, a backslash followed by punctuation can be matched either as an escaped punctuation sequence or as two ordinary characters, creating an ambiguous pattern inside a repeated group. If an attacker supplies Markdown containing repeated ! sequences with no closing quote, the regex engine explores an exponential number of backtracking paths. This is reachable through normal Markdown parsing of inline links and block link reference definitions. A small crafted input can therefore cause significant CPU consumption and make applications using Mistune unresponsive. |
| A flaw has been found in PicoTronica e-Clinic Healthcare System ECHS 5.7. The impacted element is an unknown function of the file /cdemos/echs/priv/echs.js. This manipulation of the argument ADMIN_KEY causes hard-coded credentials. The attack is possible to be carried out remotely. The exploit has been published and may be used. Upgrading to version 5.7.1 is sufficient to resolve this issue. The affected component should be upgraded. The vendor was contacted early, responded in a very professional manner and quickly released a fixed version of the affected product. |
| Regex Denial of Service in youtube-regex npm package through version 1.0.5. |
