CVSS v3.1 |
A Missing Authentication for Critical Function vulnerability in the GRUB configuration used B&R APROL <4.4-01 may allow an unauthenticated physical attacker to alter the boot configuration of the operating system.
Chisel is a fast TCP/UDP tunnel, transported over HTTP, secured via SSH. The Chisel server doesn't ever read the documented `AUTH` environment variable used to set credentials, which allows any unauthenticated user to connect, even if credentials were set. Anyone running the Chisel server that is using the `AUTH` environment variable to specify credentials to authenticate against is affected by this vulnerability. Chisel is often used to provide an entrypoint to a private network, which means services that are gated by Chisel may be affected. Additionally, Chisel is often used for exposing services to the internet. An attacker could MITM requests by connecting to a Chisel server and requesting to forward traffic from a remote port. This issue has been addressed in release version 1.10.0. All users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability.
Missing Authentication for Critical Function vulnerability in icegram Icegram allows Accessing Functionality Not Properly Constrained by ACLs.This issue affects Icegram: from n/a through 3.1.24.
| The attacker may obtain root access by connecting to the UART port and this vulnerability requires the attacker to have the physical access to the device.
This issue affects Tapo D230S1 V1.20: before 1.2.2 Build 20250907. |
A low-privileged local attacker can exploit improper permissions on nssm.exe to escalate their privileges and gain administrative access.
A vulnerability was found in Apeman ID71 218.53.203.117. The impacted element is an unknown function of the file /onvif/device_service of the component ONVIF Service. Performing manipulation results in missing authentication. The attack is possible to be carried out remotely. The exploit has been made public and could be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
PrivateBin is an online pastebin where the server has zero knowledge of pasted data. In v1.5, PrivateBin introduced the YOURLS server-side proxy. The idea was to allow using the YOURLs URL shortener without running the YOURLs instance without authentication and/or exposing the authentication token to the public, allowing anyone to shorten any URL. With the proxy mechanism, anyone can shorten any URL pointing to the configured PrivateBin instance. The vulnerability allowed other URLs to be shortened, as long as they contain the PrivateBin instance, defeating the limit imposed by the proxy. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.7.4.
Swissphone DiCal-RED 4009 devices allow a remote attacker to gain a root shell via TELNET without authentication.
The software tools used by service personnel to test & calibrate the ventilator do not support user authentication. An attacker with access to the Service PC where the tools are installed could obtain diagnostic information through the test tool or manipulate the ventilator's settings and embedded software via the calibration tool, without having to authenticate to either tool. This could result in unauthorized disclosure of information and/or have unintended impacts on device settings and performance.
A local privilege escalation vulnerability exists in Agnitum Outpost Internet Security 8.1 that allows an unprivileged user to execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges. The flaw resides in the acs.exe component, which exposes a named pipeĀ that accepts unauthenticated commands. By exploiting a directory traversal weakness in the pipe protocol, an attacker can instruct the service to load a malicious DLL from a user-controlled location. The DLL is then executed in the context of the privileged service.
SiRcom SMART Alert (SiSA) allows unauthorized access to backend APIs. This allows an unauthenticated attacker to bypass the login screen using browser developer tools, gaining access to restricted parts of the application.
dectalk-tts is a Node package to interact with the aeiou Dectalk web API. In `dectalk-tts@1.0.0`, network requests to the third-party API are sent over HTTP, which is unencrypted. Unencrypted traffic can be easily intercepted and modified by attackers. Anyone who uses the package could be the victim of a man-in-the-middle (MITM) attack. The network request was upgraded to HTTPS in version `1.0.1`. There are no workarounds, but some precautions include not sending any sensitive information and carefully verifying the API response before saving it.
Traq versions 2.0 through 2.3 contain a remote code execution vulnerability in the admincp/common.php script. The flawed authorization logic fails to halt execution after a failed access check, allowing unauthenticated users to reach admin-only functionality. This can be exploited via plugins.php to inject and execute arbitrary PHP code.
The Iskra iHUB and iHUB Lite smart metering gateway exposes its web management interface without requiring authentication, allowing unauthenticated users to access and modify critical device settings.
A vulnerability was found in Excitel Broadband Private my Excitel App 3.13.0 on Android. It has been classified as problematic. Affected is an unknown function of the component One-Time Password Handler. The manipulation leads to improper restriction of excessive authentication attempts. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
Unified Remote 3.9.0.2463 contains a remote code execution vulnerability that allows attackers to send crafted network packets to execute arbitrary commands. Attackers can exploit the service by connecting to port 9512 and sending specially crafted packets to open a command prompt and download and execute malicious payloads.
SAP NetWeaver Enterprise Portal OBN does not perform proper authentication check for a particular configuration setting. As result, a non-authenticated user can set it to an undesired value causing low impact on integrity. There is no impact on confidentiality or availability of the application.
In RPyC before 6.0.0, when a server exposes a method that calls the attribute named __array__ for a client-provided netref (e.g., np.array(client_netref)), a remote attacker can craft a class that results in remote code execution.
An unrestricted file upload vulnerability exists in BuilderEngine 3.5.0 via the integration of the elFinder 2.0 file manager and its use of the jQuery File Upload plugin. The plugin fails to properly validate or restrict file types or locations during upload operations, allowing an attacker to upload a malicious .php file and subsequently execute arbitrary PHP code on the server under the context of the web server process. While the root vulnerability lies within the jQuery File Upload component, BuilderEngineās improper integration and lack of access controls expose this functionality to unauthenticated users, resulting in full remote code execution.
General Bytes Crypto Application Server (CAS) beginning with version 20201208 prior to 20220531.38 (backport) and 20220725.22 (mainline) contains an authentication bypass in the admin web interface. An unauthenticated attacker could invoke the same URL used by the product's default-installation / first-admin creation page and create a new administrative account remotely. By gaining admin privileges, the attacker can change the ATM configuration resulting in redirected funds. Public vendor advisories and multiple independent writeups describe the vulnerability as a call to the page used for initial/default installation / first administration user creation; General Bytes has not publicly published the exact endpoint/parameter name. The issue was actively exploited in the wild against cloud-hosted and standalone CAS deployments (scanning exposed CAS instances on ports 7777/443), and publicly acknowledged by the General Bytes in September 2022.
