CVE-2018-14618 4 Canonical, Debian, Haxx and 1 more 6 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Libcurl and 3 more 2026-04-15 N/A
curl before version 7.61.1 is vulnerable to a buffer overrun in the NTLM authentication code. The internal function Curl_ntlm_core_mk_nt_hash multiplies the length of the password by two (SUM) to figure out how large temporary storage area to allocate from the heap. The length value is then subsequently used to iterate over the password and generate output into the allocated storage buffer. On systems with a 32 bit size_t, the math to calculate SUM triggers an integer overflow when the password length exceeds 2GB (2^31 bytes). This integer overflow usually causes a very small buffer to actually get allocated instead of the intended very huge one, making the use of that buffer end up in a heap buffer overflow. (This bug is almost identical to CVE-2017-8816.)
CVE-2018-16890 8 Canonical, Debian, F5 and 5 more 11 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Big-ip Access Policy Manager and 8 more 2026-04-15 7.5 High
libcurl versions from 7.36.0 to before 7.64.0 is vulnerable to a heap buffer out-of-bounds read. The function handling incoming NTLM type-2 messages (`lib/vauth/ntlm.c:ntlm_decode_type2_target`) does not validate incoming data correctly and is subject to an integer overflow vulnerability. Using that overflow, a malicious or broken NTLM server could trick libcurl to accept a bad length + offset combination that would lead to a buffer read out-of-bounds.
CVE-2019-3822 7 Canonical, Debian, Haxx and 4 more 17 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Libcurl and 14 more 2026-04-15 9.8 Critical
libcurl versions from 7.36.0 to before 7.64.0 are vulnerable to a stack-based buffer overflow. The function creating an outgoing NTLM type-3 header (`lib/vauth/ntlm.c:Curl_auth_create_ntlm_type3_message()`), generates the request HTTP header contents based on previously received data. The check that exists to prevent the local buffer from getting overflowed is implemented wrongly (using unsigned math) and as such it does not prevent the overflow from happening. This output data can grow larger than the local buffer if very large 'nt response' data is extracted from a previous NTLMv2 header provided by the malicious or broken HTTP server. Such a 'large value' needs to be around 1000 bytes or more. The actual payload data copied to the target buffer comes from the NTLMv2 type-2 response header.
CVE-2019-3823 6 Canonical, Debian, Haxx and 3 more 9 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Libcurl and 6 more 2026-04-15 N/A
libcurl versions from 7.34.0 to before 7.64.0 are vulnerable to a heap out-of-bounds read in the code handling the end-of-response for SMTP. If the buffer passed to `smtp_endofresp()` isn't NUL terminated and contains no character ending the parsed number, and `len` is set to 5, then the `strtol()` call reads beyond the allocated buffer. The read contents will not be returned to the caller.
CVE-2026-3190 2 Keycloak, Redhat 3 Keycloak, Build Keycloak, Build Of Keycloak 2026-04-15 4.3 Medium
A flaw was found in Keycloak. The User-Managed Access (UMA) 2.0 Protection API endpoint for permission tickets fails to enforce the `uma_protection` role check. This allows any authenticated user with a token issued for a resource server client, even without the `uma_protection` role, to enumerate all permission tickets in the system. This vulnerability partial leads to information disclosure.
CVE-2025-1244 1 Redhat 7 Enterprise Linux, Openshift Builds, Rhel Aus and 4 more 2026-04-15 8.8 High
A command injection flaw was found in the text editor Emacs. It could allow a remote, unauthenticated attacker to execute arbitrary shell commands on a vulnerable system. Exploitation is possible by tricking users into visiting a specially crafted website or an HTTP URL with a redirect.
CVE-2025-2843 1 Redhat 1 Cluster Observability Operator 2026-04-15 8.8 High
A flaw was found in the Observability Operator. The Operator creates a ServiceAccount with *ClusterRole* upon deployment of the *Namespace-Scoped* Custom Resource MonitorStack. This issue allows an adversarial Kubernetes Account with only namespaced-level roles, for example, a tenant controlling a namespace, to create a MonitorStack in the authorized namespace and then elevate permission to the cluster level by impersonating the ServiceAccount created by the Operator, resulting in privilege escalation and other issues.
CVE-2025-3501 1 Redhat 2 Build Keycloak, Red Hat Single Sign On 2026-04-15 8.2 High
A flaw was found in Keycloak. By setting a verification policy to 'ALL', the trust store certificate verification is skipped, which is unintended.
CVE-2025-59088 1 Redhat 8 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus, Rhel Aus and 5 more 2026-04-15 8.6 High
If kdcproxy receives a request for a realm which does not have server addresses defined in its configuration, by default, it will query SRV records in the DNS zone matching the requested realm name. This creates a server-side request forgery vulnerability, since an attacker could send a request for a realm matching a DNS zone where they created SRV records pointing to arbitrary ports and hostnames (which may resolve to loopback or internal IP addresses). This vulnerability can be exploited to probe internal network topology and firewall rules, perform port scanning, and exfiltrate data. Deployments where the "use_dns" setting is explicitly set to false are not affected.
CVE-2024-45776 1 Redhat 2 Enterprise Linux, Openshift 2026-04-15 6.7 Medium
When reading the language .mo file in grub_mofile_open(), grub2 fails to verify an integer overflow when allocating its internal buffer. A crafted .mo file may lead the buffer size calculation to overflow, leading to out-of-bound reads and writes. This flaw allows an attacker to leak sensitive data or overwrite critical data, possibly circumventing secure boot protections.
CVE-2024-45781 1 Redhat 2 Enterprise Linux, Openshift 2026-04-15 6.7 Medium
A flaw was found in grub2. When reading a symbolic link's name from a UFS filesystem, grub2 fails to validate the string length taken as an input. The lack of validation may lead to a heap out-of-bounds write, causing data integrity issues and eventually allowing an attacker to circumvent secure boot protections.
CVE-2025-0624 1 Redhat 7 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Rhel Aus and 4 more 2026-04-15 7.6 High
A flaw was found in grub2. During the network boot process, when trying to search for the configuration file, grub copies data from a user controlled environment variable into an internal buffer using the grub_strcpy() function. During this step, it fails to consider the environment variable length when allocating the internal buffer, resulting in an out-of-bounds write. If correctly exploited, this issue may result in remote code execution through the same network segment grub is searching for the boot information, which can be used to by-pass secure boot protections.
CVE-2025-0677 1 Redhat 2 Enterprise Linux, Openshift 2026-04-15 6.4 Medium
A flaw was found in grub2. When performing a symlink lookup, the grub's UFS module checks the inode's data size to allocate the internal buffer to read the file content, however, it fails to check if the symlink data size has overflown. When this occurs, grub_malloc() may be called with a smaller value than needed. When further reading the data from the disk into the buffer, the grub_ufs_lookup_symlink() function will write past the end of the allocated size. An attack can leverage this by crafting a malicious filesystem, and as a result, it will corrupt data stored in the heap, allowing for arbitrary code execution used to by-pass secure boot mechanisms.
CVE-2024-22018 1 Redhat 1 Enterprise Linux 2026-04-15 N/A
A vulnerability has been identified in Node.js, affecting users of the experimental permission model when the --allow-fs-read flag is used. This flaw arises from an inadequate permission model that fails to restrict file stats through the fs.lstat API. As a result, malicious actors can retrieve stats from files that they do not have explicit read access to. This vulnerability affects all users using the experimental permission model in Node.js 20 and Node.js 21. Please note that at the time this CVE was issued, the permission model is an experimental feature of Node.js.
CVE-2024-35195 2 Redhat, Request Project 10 Ansible Automation Platform, Discovery, Enterprise Linux and 7 more 2026-04-15 5.6 Medium
Requests is a HTTP library. Prior to 2.32.0, when making requests through a Requests `Session`, if the first request is made with `verify=False` to disable cert verification, all subsequent requests to the same host will continue to ignore cert verification regardless of changes to the value of `verify`. This behavior will continue for the lifecycle of the connection in the connection pool. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.32.0.
CVE-2024-47850 2 Cups, Redhat 7 Cups, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus and 4 more 2026-04-15 7.5 High
CUPS cups-browsed before 2.5b1 will send an HTTP POST request to an arbitrary destination and port in response to a single IPP UDP packet requesting a printer to be added, a different vulnerability than CVE-2024-47176. (The request is meant to probe the new printer but can be used to create DDoS amplification attacks.)
CVE-2025-48387 1 Redhat 1 Rhdh 2026-04-15 7.3 High
tar-fs provides filesystem bindings for tar-stream. Versions prior to 3.0.9, 2.1.3, and 1.16.5 have an issue where an extract can write outside the specified dir with a specific tarball. This has been patched in versions 3.0.9, 2.1.3, and 1.16.5. As a workaround, use the ignore option to ignore non files/directories.
CVE-2025-7493 1 Redhat 7 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 4 more 2026-04-15 9.1 Critical
A privilege escalation flaw from host to domain administrator was found in FreeIPA. This vulnerability is similar to CVE-2025-4404, where it fails to validate the uniqueness of the krbCanonicalName. While the previously released version added validations for the admin@REALM credential, FreeIPA still does not validate the root@REALM canonical name, which can also be used as the realm administrator's name. This flaw allows an attacker to perform administrative tasks over the REALM, leading to access to sensitive data and sensitive data exfiltration.
CVE-2024-11029 1 Redhat 1 Enterprise Linux 2026-04-15 5.5 Medium
A flaw was found in the FreeIPA API audit, where it sends the whole FreeIPA command line to journalctl. As a consequence, during the FreeIPA installation process, it inadvertently leaks the administrative user credentials, including the administrator password, to the journal database. In the worst-case scenario, where the journal log is centralized, users with access to it can have improper access to the FreeIPA administrator credentials.
CVE-2024-22257 2 Pivotal Software, Redhat 3 Spring Security, Apache Camel Spring Boot, Jboss Fuse 2026-04-15 8.2 High
In Spring Security, versions 5.7.x prior to 5.7.12, 5.8.x prior to 5.8.11, versions 6.0.x prior to 6.0.9, versions 6.1.x prior to 6.1.8, versions 6.2.x prior to 6.2.3, an application is possible vulnerable to broken access control when it directly uses the AuthenticatedVoter#vote passing a null Authentication parameter.
