| CVE-2026-42010 | 2 Gnu, Redhat | 15 Gnutls, Ai Inference Server, Discovery and 12 more | 2026-09-14 | 7.1 High |
| A flaw was found in gnutls. Servers configured with RSA-PSK (Rivest–Shamir–Adleman – Pre-Shared Key) wrongfully matched usernames containing a NUL character with truncated usernames. A remote attacker could exploit this by sending a specially crafted username, leading to an authentication bypass. This vulnerability allows an attacker to gain unauthorized access by circumventing the authentication process. | ||||
| CVE-2026-6893 | 1 Redhat | 11 Dracut, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus and 8 more | 2026-09-14 | 7.5 High |
| A flaw was found in dracut. A remote attacker on the adjacent network can exploit this vulnerability by providing specially crafted DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) options, such as a malicious hostname, to a system using dracut's legacy DHCP path. These options are improperly handled and written into temporary shell scripts without proper escaping, leading to command injection. This allows the attacker to achieve root code execution within the initramfs, potentially compromising the system's boot and network behavior. | ||||
| CVE-2026-2340 | 2 Redhat, Samba | 10 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus, Openshift and 7 more | 2026-09-14 | 6.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in Samba’s vfs_worm module. The module is intended to provide write-once, read-many (WORM) protections by preventing modification of files after a configurable grace period. Due to insufficient validation during rename operations, an authenticated user with write access to a share could overwrite a protected file by renaming a newly created file over the existing WORM-protected file. | ||||
| CVE-2026-3012 | 2 Redhat, Samba | 10 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus, Openshift and 7 more | 2026-09-14 | 8 High |
| A flaw was found in Samba’s certificate auto-enrollment Group Policy handling. When certificate auto-enrollment is enabled, Samba may retrieve a CA certificate over an unencrypted HTTP connection and install it into the local trust store without proper verification. An attacker with the ability to intercept or redirect network traffic could exploit this behavior to supply a malicious certificate authority certificate, potentially allowing interception or spoofing of trusted communications. | ||||
| CVE-2024-50029 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux | 2026-09-14 | 8.8 High |

| CVE-2024-41062 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux | 2026-09-14 | 8.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bluetooth/l2cap: sync sock recv cb and release The problem occurs between the system call to close the sock and hci_rx_work, where the former releases the sock and the latter accesses it without lock protection. CPU0 CPU1 ---- ---- sock_close hci_rx_work l2cap_sock_release hci_acldata_packet l2cap_sock_kill l2cap_recv_frame sk_free l2cap_conless_channel l2cap_sock_recv_cb If hci_rx_work processes the data that needs to be received before the sock is closed, then everything is normal; Otherwise, the work thread may access the released sock when receiving data. Add a chan mutex in the rx callback of the sock to achieve synchronization between the sock release and recv cb. Sock is dead, so set chan data to NULL, avoid others use invalid sock pointer. | ||||
| CVE-2023-52676 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux | 2026-09-14 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: Guard stack limits against 32bit overflow This patch promotes the arithmetic around checking stack bounds to be done in the 64-bit domain, instead of the current 32bit. The arithmetic implies adding together a 64-bit register with a int offset. The register was checked to be below 1<<29 when it was variable, but not when it was fixed. The offset either comes from an instruction (in which case it is 16 bit), from another register (in which case the caller checked it to be below 1<<29 [1]), or from the size of an argument to a kfunc (in which case it can be a u32 [2]). Between the register being inconsistently checked to be below 1<<29, and the offset being up to an u32, it appears that we were open to overflowing the `int`s which were currently used for arithmetic. | CVE-2026-71227 | 2 Redhat, Smuellerdd | 6 Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images, Hummingbird and 3 more | 2026-09-14 | 5.1 Medium |
| A flaw was found in libkcapi. A local attacker can influence an application that uses the Asynchronous Input/Output (AIO) interface. By reusing an AIO-enabled handle after a prior completion error, the _kcapi_aio_read_all() function can enter a non-terminating wait loop. This can lead to a persistent denial of service, making the affected application or thread unresponsive. | ||||
| CVE-2026-71226 | 2 Redhat, Smuellerdd | 6 Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images, Hummingbird and 3 more | 2026-09-14 | 7.3 High |
| Memory Corruption via Uncanceled AIO Requests on Error: libkcapi's one-shot AIO path can return an error before all submitted IOCBs are drained, allowing later kernel writes into caller-owned output buffers. | ||||
| CVE-2026-71225 | 2 Redhat, Smuellerdd | 6 Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images, Hummingbird and 3 more | 2026-09-14 | 6.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in libkcapi. When performing one-shot symmetric cipher operations on large inputs (over 64 KiB) in stateful modes such as Counter (CTR) or Cipher Block Chaining (CBC), the library improperly reuses the Initialization Vector (IV) for each internal data chunk. A remote attacker could potentially exploit this by making an application that uses libkcapi process specially crafted large inputs. This can lead to a significant weakening of data confidentiality, as the repeated IV use can expose relationships in encrypted plaintext, and may also affect data integrity by causing incorrect cryptographic processing. | ||||
| CVE-2026-85150 | 2 Freedesktop, Redhat | 2 Gstreamer, Enterprise Linux | 2026-09-14 | 7.5 High |
| A NULL pointer dereference flaw was found in GStreamer's RTSP support library. The vulnerability occurs while parsing an Authorization or WWW-Authenticate header that uses Digest authentication. Specially crafted whitespace placement around a parameter's terminator can cause an internal length calculation to underflow, leading to a crash of the process parsing the header. On an RTSP server this can be triggered by a remote, unauthenticated attacker sending a single malformed request when the server has authentication enabled; the same flaw can also be triggered against an RTSP client by a malicious or compromised RTSP server. Successful exploitation results in a denial of service (application crash) and has no confirmed impact on confidentiality or integrity. | ||||
| CVE-2026-18369 | 1 Redhat | 3 Certificate System, Certificate System Eus, Enterprise Linux | 2026-09-14 | 5.8 Medium |
| A flaw was found in Dogtag PKI's ACME responder where the HTTP-01 challenge validator accepts IP address literals as dns identifiers and follows HTTP redirects without validating that the target is a public address. An unauthenticated ACME account holder can exploit this to perform server-side request forgery (SSRF), making the Dogtag server send HTTP GET requests to internal network services. With the InMemory database backend, the response body of internal targets is disclosed to the attacker through the ACME challenge error. | ||||
| CVE-2026-16313 | 1 Redhat | 9 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Openshift Container Platform and 6 more | 2026-09-14 | 7.6 High |
| A flaw was found in sg3_utils. The sg_inq command, when invoked with the --export option, outputs device identification data without sanitizing control characters in SCSI name string fields. A newline character embedded in a device-supplied name string can inject arbitrary properties into the udev device database. This could allow an attacker who can present a crafted SCSI device to execute arbitrary commands as root when the device is disconnected. | ||||
| CVE-2026-87766 | 1 Redhat | 3 Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images, Hummingbird | 2026-09-13 | 8.8 High |
| A flaw was found in bubblewrap. During sandbox setup, creating files or directories under the new root can follow a parent symlink onto the host via /oldroot, writing attacker-chosen paths outside the sandbox as the launching user. This happens before the sandboxed process starts. This issue is GHSA-pxhw-h44j-8pfx. It is fixed in bubblewrap 0.12.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-88924 | 2 Gnome, Redhat | 2 Gvfs, Enterprise Linux | 2026-09-13 | 7 High |
| A flaw was found in the admin backend of gvfs. The privileged gvfsd-admin daemon changes the ownership of newly created private D-Bus sockets by calling the link-following chown() function on a pathname inside a user-controlled directory. A local attacker can exploit this via a Time-of-Check Time-of-Use (TOCTOU) race condition and exchange the socket pathname with a symbolic link pointing to an arbitrary root-owned file (such as /etc/pam.d/su). The daemon subsequently follows the symlink and changes the ownership of the targeted root-owned file to the attacker's user ID. This allows an authenticated local attacker to modify critical system files, leading to a full local privilege escalation to root. | ||||
| CVE-2026-89329 | 1 Redhat | 3 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Openshift Container Platform | 2026-09-13 | 6.2 Medium |
| A flaw was found in `multipathd`. A local attacker with access to the `multipathd` UNIX control socket can exploit this vulnerability by sending valid commands and then ceasing to read replies. This action can cause the `multipathd` listener thread to block, leading to a Denial of Service (DoS) where legitimate Inter-Process Communication (IPC) operations may hang or time out. This issue does not result in privilege escalation, arbitrary code execution, or impact data confidentiality or integrity. | ||||
| CVE-2026-87875 | 2 Openprinting, Redhat | 6 Cups, Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images and 3 more | 2026-09-11 | 4.3 Medium |
| The cupsUTF32ToUTF8() function in CUPS's cups/transcode.c lacks a source-length bound and can read past the end of the source buffer, resulting in a heap out-of-bounds read. This is reachable via SNMP supply-description parsing in backend/snmp-supplies.c with attacker-controlled content. | ||||
| CVE-2026-18495 | 1 Redhat | 3 Ceph Storage, Enterprise Linux, Hummingbird | 2026-09-11 | 6.1 Medium |
| A flaw was found in libtiff. A heap-buffer overflow vulnerability exists in the `tiff2pdf` utility due to an integer truncation error when processing crafted BigTIFF files. An attacker can provide a specially crafted BigTIFF file, causing a 64-bit `StripByteCounts` value to be truncated to a 32-bit integer. This leads to an undersized memory allocation and a subsequent out-of-bounds memory copy, resulting in a crash and severe memory corruption. | ||||
| CVE-2026-17615 | 1 Redhat | 17 Apicurio Registry, Build Keycloak, Build Of Apache Camel For Quarkus and 14 more | 2026-09-11 | 7.5 High |
| A flaw was found in RESTEasy's SourceProvider. This vulnerability allows an unauthenticated attacker to perform an unauthenticated remote file read. By sending a specially crafted XML body with a DOCTYPE declaration referencing external entities to an endpoint that accepts application/xml and returns Source or StreamSource, the server can be tricked into resolving the entity and including sensitive file contents in the HTTP response. This is due to the SourceProvider.writeTo() method creating a SAXParser without disabling external entity resolution, leading to an XML External Entity (XXE) vulnerability. | ||||
| CVE-2022-1199 | 3 Linux, Netapp, Redhat | 13 Linux Kernel, Active Iq Unified Manager, H300s and 10 more | 2026-09-11 | 7.5 High |
| A flaw was found in the Linux kernel. This flaw allows an attacker to crash the Linux kernel by simulating amateur radio from the user space, resulting in a null-ptr-deref vulnerability and a use-after-free vulnerability. | ||||
